Al Ariq has over 20 dedicated After Sales Service Engineers placed under a well experienced Service Manager who are constantly trying to improve our customer support . We are fully aware that our equipments are working constantly under challenging conditions, be it a Cleaning equipment or an Agriculture equipment and requires prompt and effective maintenance service.

Our Engineers undergo factory training from time to time sharpening their skill to meet the demand when it comes to an on-site service requirement. At Al Ariq we believe in having competent technical staff who know what they are doing.

Al Ariq has state of art Parts & Service center covering 6000 Sq.mtr. area maintaining 100% critical spare parts in house with computerized parts tracking technology (CPTT), supplying replacement parts quickly and efficiently.
